Cooking is the element that brings in Italy friends and family together. Learning new ways to do delicious dishes with very basic ingredients brings life into the kitchen, meanwhile talking, enjoying a local wine and have a laugh with your friends - the eternal 'ars vivendi' the art of living comes
to life.

My 12th century 5-story medieval home is attached to the village castle, seen here to the right, in a pastel rendition done by a friend. This is our village known by the name Arcidosso.
