Our Company PhilosophyOur aim is to provide a very personal, pleasurable and memorable experience for all of our guests, leaving them feeling invigorated and refreshed. We accomplish this by working with small groups of travelers and introducing them to the locals so that they can really see and experience Tuscan culture as it really is. Isabel also helps the operation of the tour in Arcidosso for the cooking courses and is one of the guides for the excursions.

of many resources The owner and host of the historic medieval home in Arcidosso.As a young man he was an artisan, he ran a factory of wrought iron: the house in Arcidosso is full of his craft work. He won a prestigious competition. A professional photographer and cameraman for his video production company, Immagine e Suono (documentaries of La Maremma sold to the national Italian Telivision, La Rai and the Swiss Television).He has been in the entertainment industry for 25 years. In the 70s he was the owner of the Jolly Club, one of the first discotheques in Central Italy. In the 80s he was the owner of Carlos Club a popular discotheque of the area. He was the manager and head chef for the exclusive Harrys Bar in Punta Ala (famous beach resort on the coast of Southern Tuscany), and taught courses of Tuscan cuisine to an elite crowd in Switzerland.
