The Jewish Rome
A 4-hour car and walking tour following the Jewish traces in the Eternal City.

For centuries the Jewish community had an important role in the everyday life of the papal city. You will discover the various aspects and places of this precious world. The "Ghetto", where the Jewish people lived confined by order of Pope Paul IV, in which is the unique "Fountain of the Tortoises", "The Synagogue" the biggest in Italy, and some of

the best restaurants of the city in which you can taste the traditional Roman Jewish cuisine.
We will continue our tour visiting St. Peter in Chains Basilica with its most important statue "The Moses" by Michelangelo, and the "Arch of Titus", built to commemorate the taking of Jerusalem, with the famous relief depicting the triumphal procession bearing, as booty of war, the wealth of the Temple of Solomon.

The tour is for a party of max 3 people, or max 7 people; and it includes private guide, private car transfers, and entrance tickets for the Sinagogue and its Museum.
