As is customary in Italy, each property has a security deposit amount, which would be paid (in Italy) directly to the property owner or manager in exchange for the keys. Typically, heating charges are billed extra. Exact amounts are listed with each property detail page. If it is more convenient for you, we can package the deposit and extra charges into 1 upfront price and refund the deposit to you upon your return. Please let us know what suits you best.
Many of our guests have inquired about the possibility of renting their own villa before or after spending time with us at Casa Innocenti or on one of our tours. Yes, this is a great idea! If you are at ease renting a car and exploring on your own we highly encourage this. This is a great way to completely relax on your own terms or to provide an intimate and private setting for a reunion of family or friends.

No one property is superior to all the others because each has its own charm and uniqueness.
