HE ONE WEEK (6 NIGHT/7 DAY) TRIP INCLUDES:

• 6 nights in Arcidosso or Seggiano, near Siena, in either a picturesque medieval home next to a 12th century castle. Or the elegant Villa Gaia olive oil & wine producing estate.
• All meals as indicated in the itinerary.
• Small groups: 3 to 10 people.
• 5 cheese tastings/factory visits.
• Visit to winery with wine tasting in Montalcino (Brunello).
• 5 guided excursions to the enchanting towns of Scansano, Grosseto. Roccalbegna, Sorano & Pitigliano (the Etruscan towns); Montalcino (famous for its grape vineyards that produce the celebrated Brunello wine), Pienza; Siena; and Castiglione della Pescaia (a fishing village on the seacoast).
• All transportation (to and from Rome or Grosseto).

• • DAY 1 – Arrival at property (either Villa Gaia or Casa Innocenti) – dinner.
• Maremma tour –
  Visit a cheese factory in the area of Grosseto (the Caseificio Grossetano), then continue to the lovely seaside village of Castiglioni della Pescaia, have lunch and then in the evening dinner at home (either Villa Gaia or Casa Innocenti).
• Cheese tour of Pienza & Wine Tasting in Brunello Wine Area -
  Tasting of the famous Pecorino cheese in Pienza. Guided tour of this beautiful town with lunch in a local restaurant and then in the early afternoon, enjoy a wine tasting in the Montalcino area. Evening dinner at the property or restaurant nearby.
• Cheese tour of Roccalbegna (Caseificio il Fiorino) and Scansano area.
  Lunch at local trattoria. Wine Tasting of Morellino wine at a local winery. Evening dinner at the property or restaurant nearby.
• Cheese tour of southern Tuscany –
  Tasting of the cheeses of Sorano at the Caseificio di Sorano. Lunch at local trattoria in Sorano. Afternoon visit of the stunning village of Pitigliano. Evening dinner at the property or restaurant nearby. Cheese tour of southern Tuscany – Tasting of the cheeses of Sorano at the Caseificio di Sorano. Lunch at local trattoria in Sorano. Afternoon visit of the stunning village of Pitigliano. Evening dinner at the property or restaurant nearby.
• Cheese tour of Siena region.
  Visit of a cheese factory in the Siena region. Lunch in Siena followed by a guided tour of the city. Farewell dinner at the property.
• DEPARTURE: DAY 7
  You can choose to have a final breakfast at the house or at your favorite cafe in Arcidosso before heading back to Rome or Grosseto.
