Villa Gaia is owned
and operated by the Cannaviello family, Anna and her two sons Francesco
and Fabrizio. Originally from Naples, they gave up the busy city life
for the peaceful, elegant Seggiano country side. Restoring this villa
estate back to its original beauty and luxury, they have graciously
agreed to open their doors to aspiring Italian chefs from all over the
world.

CASA INNOCENTI
"Casa Innocenti" a
medieval house, the highest of the village, next to the village Castle
(12th century AD). The house features 4 floors, 20 rooms, a wine cellar,
and a garden. Guests stay in 3 bedrooms on the top floor and the Master
bedroom which is on the second floor. Each bedroom has a private
bathroom.
