Please mail, fax or e-mail this form to Tuscan Way as soon as possible so we can arrange for your transfers per the stated pick-up and drop-off policy. You will not receive your pre-departure information package until we have received all your travel information and finalized your arrangements. Be advised that any delays, cancellations, or unforeseeable events causing guests to miss their scheduled transfer times will not be the responsibility of Tuscan Way. Guests who for any reason miss their scheduled transfers will be responsible for their own transportation to Casa Innocenti OR the train station in Grosseto. Guests are responsible for contacting Carlo Innocenti, Romeo Innocenti, or Federica Leoni-Innocenti and notifying them of any changes in their travel plans once in Italy. Guests who have not arrived in Italy may call Tuscan Way and advise us of changes.
