Podere Vignali is a tiny farmhouse on a top of a hill with panoramic views of the beautiful medieval village of Murlo and surrounded by 30 hectares of olive groves, woods and mediterranean greenery. Vignali consists of two facing stonewalled country houses. The main house is divided into two apartments, one of them occupied by the owners. The other house is also divided into two apartments. The houses have recently been renovated and retain all the character and charm of the original building with wooden ceilings and terra cotta floors. Much care has been taken with the interior furnishings which are particularly comfortable. Each apartment has an independent entrance and its own garden area, equipped with table and chairs to enjoy outdoor living to the full. In front of the house, surrounded by a lawn and in a sunny position, there is a beautiful swimming pool (6x12m) and a ping pong table. Inside the walls of Murlo there is an interesting Etruscan museum and two lovely restaurants to taste typical Tuscan food. The nearest village with shopping facilities is Vescovado di Murlo at 3 km. Siena is 25 km away.


Apt. Vignali 1 (120 square meters - 1080 sqft) is on 3 floors. On the first floor there is a living/dining room with kitchen corner (stove, oven, fridge) and a double bedded room. By some stairs you reach the second floor with a bathroom with shower, a double bedded room with en suite bathroom. By some wooden stairs you reach the mansarda where there is a double bedded room and a bathroom with shower. Private space outside equipped with table, chairs and sun umbrella for dining out. Apt. Vignali 2 (55 sqmts - 495 sqft) is on 2 floors. On the ground floor there is a large living/dining room with kitchen corner (stove, oven, fridge) and double sofa bed, bathroom with shower. Door to outside eating area. By a spiral staircase you reach the upper floor with a double bedroom and a bathroom with shower. Apt. Vignali 3 (55 sqmts - 495 sqft) is on 2 floors. The price includes: the use of the apartments with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly, the use of the swimming pool, ping-pong and boccia round. Central heating is available in the winter for a daily charge of 13 Euro. There is a security deposit of 103 Euro per apartment. Arrivals: Saturdays from 4.30 PM to 7.00 PM and departures Saturdays by 10.00 AM.
