Podere Bracaleto is a delightful, completely unspoilt building in the western part of Siena area. The small village of Pievescola (there is a shop and a bar) is only 3 Km away from the property and Colle Val d’Elsa is reachable in 15 minutes drive. Bracaleto is the perfect place to relax and to enjoy a full country life. It’s ideal for walking and an ideal spot for children. The owners, living in one of the three apartments, have restored the property using natural materials, terra cotta tiles and hand made beams. The apartments are well furnished and comfortable with pretty bedrooms and functional kitchens. They both have private space outside furnished with table and chairs for eating out. Satellite TV available in each apartment.


Apt. Gelsomino: (75 square meters - 675 sqft) is on two floors. On ground floor there is living room with fireplace. Going up three steps you reach the kitchen equipped with stove, oven and fridge. By a terracotta staircase you reach the first floor landing with a double sofa bed. By some steps you reach the double bedded room and the bathroom with shower.

The prices include the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, water, gas, electricity and weekly linen change. There is a final cleaning charge of 13 Euro per person.
