Our Opinion: Very nicely decorated inside. Charming garden with private pool.


Casa S.Quirico is built amongst vineyards in a quiet area facing Val d'Elsa. Once it used to be a country school. It is surrounded by a fenced garden with a swimming pool (meters 8x4), a barbecue and garden furniture. Around the house there are some interesting country churches and the ruins of an old castle; a few minutes away, one can visit by car: Castellina in Chianti, Monteriggioni and San Gimignano. The house is furnished with typical Tuscan country style furniture. From here many paths lead to the Chianti Gallo Nero vineyard area.


Sleeps 6 - 95 square meters (855 sqft). All on the ground floor: living-dining room with cooking area and fireplace, two bedrooms with double bed, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower. Private garden ( 600 square meters - 5400 sqft).
