Situated on a top of a hill in an extremely panoramic position with breathtaking views on the rolling hills known as “Le Crete”, the Fattoria Bellavista is an ancient farmhouse which the owners have carefully restored in order to retain unchanged the original architectural features so typical of Tuscan farmhouses. The house has been divided into 7 independent apartments, furnished in classic Tuscan country style. Each apartment has a spacious living room with kitchenette (stove, oven or microwave oven and fridge), one or two bedrooms and one bathroom with shower. In each apartment a double or a single sofa bed can be added for the living room. The apartments are also equipped with satellite tv and private telephone. Washing machine in common room and mountain-bikes available. Around the house in the spacious, panoramic garden area, equipped with table and chairs for outdoor living, there is the beautiful swimming pool (14x7 m) and a barbecue. Shopping facilities, supermarket and restaurants in Asciano at 9 km. Siena is 35 km away.

The price for the apartment includes: the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, cutlery, crockery and saucepans, water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, and final cleaning; the use of the swimming-pool with beach umbrella and deck-chairs and ping pong. Extra: central heating upon use and telephone. Baby crib available for 2.5 per night (about $2). Security deposit 155 Euro (about $150). Weekly rentals: arrival Saturday afternoon from 4.30 to 7 p.m.; departure by 10.00 a.m. on Saturday morning. Weekend: min. 2 nights. Swimming-pool: open from May 15 to September 30.
