This delightful cottage, completely independent, has been converted from an old barn next to the owner’s house. In the middle of beautiful verdant wooded hills, Podere Meletro is surrounded by a large fenced garden (not childproof) which is well shaded by old trees and furnished with a table and chairs for eating out. Here, immersed in a simple atmosphere, it is possible to enjoy a relaxing holiday. The property is very quiet and private. In the nearest village of Rosia, 12 km away from Meletro, there are restaurants, shops, a supermarket and a bank. Siena is only 24 Km away from the property.


The cottage has been furnished comfortably for holiday use, even with some orginal Tuscan antiques. There is a spacious living room with a well equipped kitchen(oven, stove, fridge and washing machine). There is a double bedroom with a wrought-iron bed, a single bedroom for a child and a bathroom with a shower. To reach the cottage, you must drive for about 3 kilometers on an unpaved road.

The prices include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. The apartment is equipped with satellite TV and washing machine. Central heating costs an extra 10 Euro(about $9) daily which is paid on the premises. There is an security deposit of 155 Euro (about $150).
