Recently well restored in traditional Tuscan style, the apartment (50 sqmts - 450 sqft) consists of a large living room with fireplace and a kitchen area (stove, fridge/freezer, oven and dishwasher), two double bedded rooms and one bathroom with shower. The high quality furnishings and the well equipped kitchen, with the fireplace and the terrace, create an atmosphere of relaxation and comfort.

The price for the apartment includes : the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, cutlery, crockery and saucepans, water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathroom and kitchen) changed weekly and the final cleaning. To pay on the premises only the central heating 8 Euro per day. Pets are not allowed. Security deposit: 155 Euro (about $150).
