
Palazzo Francesconi is a historical palace that dates back to the early XVI century. An ancient tradition attributes the sketch of this palace to the famous architect Baldassarre Peruzzi, who in 1520 began the construction , and he was obviously at the peak of his skills. The palace, declared “of particular historical interest” from the office of the cultural estates, is situated in the historical centre of Siena in the pedestrian zone, with panoramic views over the city.
The apartments within Francesconi Palace are furnished with antiques, beamed ceilings, parquet floors, and tiles hand worked in granite , with newly designed kitchens.

The apartment Corniola is on the top floor (720 square feet). It has a spacious living/dining room featuring a dining table for four, as well as two single day beds and a small kitchen. The double bedroom has two twin or one double bed and beautiful wood beams, and there is a bathroom with shower across the hall.
The prices are per apartment and they include water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning.
To pay extra and on the premises: central heating upon use.
