Medieval convent later became a farm house. It is located on a hill top with panoramic view of the medieval towers of San Gimignano. Here we have two comfortable apartments, furnished with old furniture, as well as the lodgings of the owners. The property produces and sells olive oil, and wine of quality. Guests can use the communal laundry room and the garden with swimming pool (meters 14x7). Also available bicycles for excursions.


Apartment I Nidi – sleeps 4 – 70 square meters (630 sqft). Independent entrance. On the ground floor: living-dining room with fireplace and cooking area, washing machine and dishwasher. On the first floor: one double bedded room, one double bedroom, two bathrooms with shower and use of hair dryer. Private garden (30 square meters - 270 sqft).

There are additional heating charges, based on usage, which would need to be paid in Italy (Winter Months Only!).
