It is surrounded by a beautiful park including a picturesque Italian garden It's massive walls date back to the Renaissance and look out over what is perhaps the most spectacular view of the Chianti region. Brolio belongs to times gone by. It's evocative charm and detached peace awaken fantasy in both young and old. The Ricasoli family still resides in the castle over the summer months. At the foot of the Castello stands I Colli, a nineteenth century farmhouse which has been converted into 3 apartments.. The house,right at the border of the Brolio vineyards, has maintained its rustic character, both in its structure and furnishings.
