Villa La Saracina is situated in the grounds of a wonderful manor house and is surrounded by the rolling hills and golden blooms so typical of the area. It is located between the Renaissance gems of Pienza (7 kms) and Montepulciano (5 Km) and is only 60 Km away from the famous town of Siena.


The house has two apartments, Larice and Tiglio, both recently renovated. Each apartment has independent entrance and they are surrounded by a huge garden with a stunning view of Montepulciano. Each apartment has its own table and chairs to dine “al fresco” and they consists of a large living room with kitchen corner (equipped with fridge, stove and oven), one double room and one twin room, one bathroom with jacuzzi bath. The guests of the two apartments share the very large pool (16 x 8 meters) with the owners who live in the manor house 20 meters away from the villa. At the back of the property you can take walks in the woods that are also part of the estate. Ideal for trekking lovers! Furthermore, at Villa La Saracina you can relax by the pool shared with a few others and sometimes with the owners. From La Saracina, thanks to its ideal location, you will be able to explore one of the most enchanting areas of Tuscany as well as enjoying the activities that it offers.

The price includes: water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. Use of the swimming pool. To be paid on the premises: central heating 13 Euro per apartment per day. Extra bed 103 Euro per week. Baby crib 52 Euro per week. Security deposit: 155 Euro (about $150).
