The small estate of Podere Sant'Antonio lies in the heart of the Montagnola Natural Park, completely surrounded by olive trees, vineyards and forest, where guests can enjoy splendid walks or horse back riding excursions. Casale Sant'Antonio is very close to Siena (just 9 km away), Monteriggioni (4 km), San Gimignano (about 30 km) and Florence (about 60 km).


The house is on two floors. On the ground floor, not available to guests, there is a cellar, a garage and an oil press. The accommodations (about 130 square meters - 1170 sqft) are on the first floor, consisting of a spacious living room with huge fireplace, barbecue, kitchen corner (range, oven, fridge and dishwasher), one double bedded room, two twin bedded room, a bathroom with shower and a separate WC. An ample terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out is at the guests' disposal. A few steps from the terrace lead to the garden and the orchard.

The price includes water, gas, electricity, linen changed weekly and final cleaning. To be paid on the premises: central heating 13 Euro per day (about $10). Baby crib 2.5 Euro(about $2) per night (sheets not provided). Extra bed 36 Euro per week (about $30). Security deposit: 155 Euro(about $150). Pets allowed at an extra charge of 26 Euro(about $20).
