The Estate La Campana is a charming, medieval country estate located in the area of the Crete Senesi, a wonderful area south of Siena characterized by its hilly yellow/red terrain which is typical of this area. The countryside is enriched by woods, cultivated fields and deep gorges that make the scenery unique. The country estate is composed of several buildings of historical and artistic importance; among them, the most beautiful, is the main villa with its typical Tuscan architecture. The 8 apartments for the guests are situated close by in the two other buildings. All the apartments have been carefully renovated with beamed ceilings and terra cotta floors, they are furnished with antique furniture which make them particulary charming. Each apartment consists of a large living room with fireplace, kitchen (equipped with oven, stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher), two or three bedrooms and always two bathrooms with shower or bathtub. A private area outside, or a terrace furnished with table and chairs for dining out are provided for each apartment. This is an ideal resort for a holiday in touch with nature and culture. Surrounded by tall trees and flowering hedges, it also has a tennis court, a beautiful swimming pool (16 X 8 meters) with wonderful views of the countryside, a boccia ground and a playground for kids. At the guests' disposal there is a barbecue and laundry room. The Estate La Campana is only 25 kilometers from Siena and its central location is ideal for interesting excursions to very beautiful and historical places such as Pienza, Montalcino, Montepulciano and San Gimignano. The Crete area is also ideal for those who love nature, trekking and mountain biking.


The apartment Selva: sleeps 4 - 70 square meters (630 sqft). First floor with private terrace. Living room with fireplace, kitchen, one twin bedded room, one bathroom with bathtub, one double bedded room with an en suite bathroom with shower.

The price for the apartment includes: the use of the apartment with domestic appliances, cutlery, crockery and saucepans, water, gas, electricity, linen (for beds, bathrooms and kitchen) changed weekly, and final cleaning; the use of the swimming pool with beach umbrella and deckchairs and the use of the tennis court. Extra: central heating 18 Euro per day. Weekly rentals: arrival on Saturday afternoon from 4:30 PM to 7:00 PM, departure by 10:00 AM on Saturday morning. Swimming pool open from May 1 until September 30.
